Just a typical Saturday in Vegas.

There are two things that you never ever want to run out of..
1st
For obvious reasons.
And this..

Because Bella a is a bitch and gets even worse when she can see the  bottom of her dish.
So its a Morning of shopping for Chell and I..  Target bound we are!
Oh but wait!!!  We pass a Old Navy on the way... And this working girl needs some work shorts.. yup, that's right I wear shorts to work..  Jealous???
Pulling into the parking lot I get a Christmas time Deja Vu.  The lot is filled, there are careless pedestrians walking around and full bags sporting the Old Navy Logo..

We are brave.
We go in.. the place is packed.. the line at the registers are snaked around and around..
What the Hell??
Never ever go to Old Navy on dollar flip flop day, NEVER!!!
45 Minutes to a hour to plop down you $5.00 and get your cheap footwear.. ( 5 pair maximum.)
We departed, no newly purchased shorts.

After doing our Saturday chores, we decided we deserved to abandon Mom with Bella..
(Don't judge, we didn't leave a starving Bella.)
And head up to Chells house with its nice sparkling cool pool. Plus we wanted to take some night shots of the city sky line.

Dusk is falling and we step out back.. Chell says the fateful words.. "I wonder if the bats are out tonight?"
Oh they were out all right.. Hungry and aggressive.. They trapped us..  The little demons were eating pool bugs. Bats are creepy.. I don't care about all the good they do, when you feel and hear them buzz by your head, it's freak out time.

Dip in the pool can wait.
Time to head up and get some night shots..  driving up Lake Mead Blvd, the view is amazing.
A few minutes up the mountain and we pull off to the gravel and broken glass parking area..
First thing that hits us is the smell of the dead...
Probably because we know this is a mile or two up the road..  this plus other carcasses strew in the ravine..
It's dark up there, cant see the rattlesnakes, scorpions and natures other little demons.. soon we realize that isn't nature we need to watch out for, its the glass shards and needles and the high possibly of used condoms.
I say that because there was a couple getting it on up there, on the hood of the car.

We quietly go to the other side of the road to try and get some shots...
That didn't go over so well..
But this gives you a idea of the fantastic view..  this is one I took of the Strip..
10 minutes later we are back at the house and in the bat free pool..

Life is good!
