It aint so bad.

 How is it that last week was a short week and I still managed to actually work 40 hours?

Yes, Yes I can stay late, again.

Marshall Retail group is big on what their employees think.

So this week as a new hire my name was pull from some sort of Fedora.

And we sell a lot of fedoras, apparently they are a must have  on the strip.

Me and several other new hires met with the head of H.R. to discuss what we thought of the company so far... hey free lunch, even if my desk was piling up as I stuffed my mouth..

I was the only one there that worked at the Home Office, the rest were retail chicks....

Hey I get 40% off licks... yo yo, employee discount!

I learned very quickly that I was lucky not to be working in the stores..

Some complained about the lack of hours.. ( I have had more than I can handle.)

Sucky drunk customers... ( don't think any of my co-workers are intoxicated.)

I learned that the starting wage in the stores is under $9.00 a hour.. plus they have to wear nice clothes and that eat up their tiny paychecks.

(I go in shorts and sneakers..)

One woman thought everything was fabulous.. she had clownish make-up and ringletes, yes she did! 

I think she takes the short bus to work.

It was fun to know that even though I work for the same company my job doesn't suck at all.

The HR lady said she was forgetting names and everything we said was confidential.

I kept my mouth shut.. didn't have much to complain about and I didn't want to be beat up by my new kinda Co-workers. Plus never trust a human resources manager..  

Everything is fine..

I do have to get up early to go to work tomorrow, just a half day.. and since Chell is out of town, it gives me something to do..

I guess I will miss Church, again..
